Trina Solar
Trina Vertex S+ N-Type Dual Glass Bifacial | 430W (25 Year Warranty)
Superior performance in warm climates due to its low temperature feature.
- A visually pleasing transparent design, achieving 3.2% transparency.
- Enhanced Vertex S dual glass that resists micro-cracks and scratches during installation, ideal for coastal, high-temp, and challenging environments with its fire class rating C, and resistance to weather, salt, dust, and ammonia.
- Minimal degradation, with only 1% in the first year and an annual rate of 0.4% thereafter.
- A generous warranty, offering up to 25 years for the product and 30 years for power.
- Reaching up to 440W with a commendable 22.0% module efficiency and high density.
- Sturdy mechanical performance, handling up to 5400 Pa positive load and 4000 Pa negative load.

What the figures mean
- Bifacial
- The module generates from its back face as well as its front, so light reflected off the roof or ground adds to the yield. How much it adds depends entirely on what is under the array, which is why no single gain figure is published.
- Module efficiency, 21.5%
- This is the 430 Wp column. Trina publishes the same module in six power classes from 415 to 440 Wp, and the 22.0% quoted in the marketing copy belongs to the 440 Wp class rather than this one.
- Dual glass
- Glass on both faces, 1.6 mm each, instead of glass over a polymer backsheet. It resists micro-cracks and scratches during installation, and Trina rates it for coastal, high temperature, salt, dust and ammonia exposure.
Who it is for
It suits coastal and high temperature sites, and roofs where the back of the panel sees reflected light.
Output depends on how the array is designed around your roof, its pitch and direction, and the shading across the day. Our CEC accredited installers assess the roof rather than estimate from an address.
