The Sunny Tripower X suits both commercial and large home PV systems.
Its embedded System Manager gives direct access to Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS. It can oversee up to five SMA inverters and one energy meter, with closed-loop control of active and reactive power through SMA Dynamic Power Control.
A broad input voltage range and high input current capability match it to the latest high-efficiency PV modules. The casing design promotes effective cooling, which extends the life of the electronics.
System setup is straightforward and centralised for all components. Built-in software adds SMA ShadeFix, which boosts PV output in partial shade, and SMA ArcFix, which identifies electrical arcs and substantially lowers fire risk.
